1. Who we are

Swiftools is operated by Pallavi Sharad Jhunjhunuwala, 33, Samrat Township, Parvat Patiya, Surat, Gujarat 395010, India ("Swiftools", "we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected] or +91 79844 63798.

These terms apply when you buy the Add-ons Bundle for Adobe Express ("the Bundle") from this page. They work together with our License terms, Refund policy, Delivery policy and Privacy policy, and with the general Swiftools terms. Where they differ, these Bundle terms apply to Bundle purchases.

2. The product

The Bundle is a license to the Pro features of 12 Swiftools add-ons for Adobe Express. The add-ons are published in the Adobe Express add-ons marketplace and run inside Adobe Express. You need your own Adobe Express account, which is not included and is governed by Adobe's own terms.

Swiftools is an independent developer. Adobe does not sell, support or endorse the Bundle.

3. Plans, prices and offers

• Lifetime: one payment, Pro access for 1 person for as long as we offer the add-ons. See what lifetime means.
• Annual: Pro access for 1 person, billed every 12 months until you cancel.
• Team (when offered): Pro access for up to 5 people in the same team.

From time to time we run offers with a start and end date, which we show on the page. The offer price applies to orders completed before the stated end time (11:59 pm US Pacific time on the end date). The price you pay is locked for your license. If prices change later, up or down, it doesn't change your purchase and we don't refund the difference.

We try hard to show prices correctly. If a clear pricing mistake happens, we'll contact you before your order is fulfilled and you can cancel for a full refund.

4. Payment and tax

Payments are processed by our checkout partner, Kelviq. Your card or payment details go directly to the checkout provider; we never see or store full card numbers.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes such as GST, VAT or sales tax are calculated at checkout based on your location and shown before you pay. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.

5. Renewal and cancellation (Annual)

Annual plans renew automatically at the end of each 12-month period at the price shown when you bought, unless you cancel.

You can cancel any time by emailing [email protected] or through the link in your purchase receipt. When you cancel, the plan won't renew and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've paid for. Lifetime plans never renew.

6. Refunds

Every Bundle purchase has a 30-day money-back guarantee. The details are in our Refund policy.

7. Acceptable use

Please don't share or resell your license key beyond its seats, try to get around the license check, copy or decompile the add-ons, or use them for anything unlawful (for example barcodes or QR codes that impersonate another business). We may suspend a license that is clearly being misused, after telling you why.

8. Availability and changes

The add-ons depend on Adobe Express, which Adobe controls. We'll keep the add-ons working and updated, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and Adobe may change its platform. If an add-on has to be retired, we follow the notice commitment in the License terms.

We may improve, add or change features. We won't remove a core feature of an add-on you've paid for without telling you.

9. Warranty and liability

We provide the add-ons with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, they are otherwise provided "as is", and we don't promise they will meet every specific need. Please check important output, such as barcodes for retail use, before printing at scale.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the Bundle is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Your rights and the law

If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights the law of your country gives you, and nothing in these terms takes them away. Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because the license is delivered immediately, that right ends once you start using it, but our 30-day guarantee gives you longer anyway.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat, India have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in the EU or UK you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you bought applies to your purchase. Questions? Email [email protected].
