Cookie policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
The short version
- We use Google Analytics cookies to understand how the page is used. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland they're only set after you accept.
- A few small browser storage items remember your choices. They don't track you across other sites.
- You can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Cookies and storage we use
| Name | Set by | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Tells visits from the same browser apart, so we can count visitors | 2 years |
| _ga_9XE35SE98J | Google Analytics | Keeps track of the current visit for this site's analytics | 2 years |
| sw-consent-v1 | This page (local storage) | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies | 180 days |
| sw-captured-v1 | This page (local storage) | Remembers that you've signed up, so the form isn't shown again | Until you clear it |
| sw-exit-shown | This page (session storage) | Makes sure the "before you go" message appears only once per visit | Until you close the tab |
The Google Analytics cookies are only set after you accept if you're in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland. Before that, Google Analytics runs in a cookieless mode that sends no identifiers. The other items are needed for the page to remember your choices and are never used for advertising.
Other services
When you click a buy button, you go to our checkout partner, Kelviq, on its own website, which sets its own cookies under its own policy. Google Fonts delivers the page's fonts and receives your IP address, but doesn't set cookies.
Changing your choice
Use Cookie settings to accept or reject analytics cookies at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the page still works without them.
