30-day money-back guarantee

If the Bundle isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full amount you paid, including tax. This applies to Lifetime, Annual (first payment) and Team purchases of the Add-ons Bundle for Adobe Express.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number or license key.
2. Write "Refund" in the subject. A reason helps us improve, but it's optional.
3. We confirm by email and send the refund through Kelviq to your original payment method.

Banks usually show the refund within 5 to 10 business days. If you haven't seen it after that, email us and we'll send you the refund reference.

What happens after a refund

Your license key is deactivated, so the add-ons go back to their free features. Anything you've already designed and exported stays yours.

Annual renewals

You can cancel an Annual plan at any time, and it won't renew. If a renewal is charged and you haven't used Pro features since, email us within 14 days of the renewal and we'll refund it.

Other things to know

• If something is broken, tell us. We'd like the chance to fix it, but you can still choose a refund within the 30 days.
• Please contact us before opening a chargeback; it's faster for you. We may decline future purchases from accounts that repeatedly buy and refund, or misuse chargebacks.
• This policy applies to Bundle purchases and takes priority over the general Swiftools refund policy for them. It doesn't reduce any rights you have under your local consumer law.
