Add-ons Bundle for Adobe Express

Privacy policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

The short version

1. Who is responsible

Swiftools is operated by Pallavi Sharad Jhunjhunuwala, 33, Samrat Township, Parvat Patiya, Surat, Gujarat 395010, India. Swiftools is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

This policy covers the Add-ons Bundle pages at swiftools.com/addons-for-adobe-express and the Bundle license. Our general Swiftools privacy policy covers the rest of swiftools.com.

2. What we collect when you visit

See the Cookie policy for the exact cookies and storage we use.

3. Email sign-ups

If you ask for a reminder or our guide, we collect your email address, your first name if you give it, and details of the sign-up: the page, the offer shown, your time zone and the time. We use these to send the reminder and guide you asked for and occasional emails about Swiftools add-ons for Adobe Express.

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed, and we'll delete your details.

4. Purchases and licenses

When you buy, Kelviq processes the payment. We receive your name, email address, country, what you bought, the price and taxes paid, and your license key. We don't receive full card numbers.

When you activate an add-on, it sends your license key and the add-on's name to our license server (api.swiftools.com) to check that the key is valid, and records when it was checked.

If you email support, we keep the conversation so we can help you and keep a record of what was agreed.

5. Inside the add-ons

AI Background Remover processes images on your own device. Your images are not uploaded to Swiftools. CSV files and other content you import are used to build your design inside Adobe Express. Your use of Adobe Express itself is covered by Adobe's privacy policy.

We may also share data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute. Some providers are outside your country, including in the United States and India. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

8. How long we keep it

You can also withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email [email protected] from the address you used with us. We'll reply within 30 days and won't treat you differently for asking. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Security, children and changes

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit who can access personal data, and rely on established providers for payments and hosting. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll tell you and the relevant authorities about a serious breach as the law requires.

The Bundle is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top, and we'll tell customers by email about important changes.
