Swiftools - small, sharp productivity tools

The boring work, automated. The interesting work, yours.

We build four small tools for Google Workspace, Jira and Slack that fix the five-minute tasks people do twenty times a day. No new dashboard to learn, no $200/month plan, nothing to migrate. Install where you already work and get on with it.

Used by 800+ teams across 40+ countries - listed on the Google Workspace Marketplace, Chrome Web Store and Edge Add-ons.

What we build

Four tools, each fixes one specific problem

No suite, no platform, no all-in-one. Pick the one that matches the workflow you're tired of.

Formlinker for Slack

Form submission → Slack message, in under five seconds.

Pick which fields go in the message, pick the channel, and your team sees responses the moment they arrive instead of refreshing a spreadsheet.

Formlinker for n8n

A real webhook between Google Forms and 400+ apps.

Skip Zapier's task limits. Send the form JSON straight into your self-hosted or cloud n8n workflow and let it do the routing, ticketing or CRM work.

Jira Form Autofill Helper

Save a ServiceDesk form once, replay it forever.

For people who submit the same Jira ticket twenty times a week. Capture the form, name the template, fill the next one in one click. Data stays in your browser.

How we think about this

Small tools, used in anger, beat platforms used reluctantly.

01

One job, done properly

Every Swiftools product earns its place in your stack on its own. We will never bolt unrelated features onto a tool just to bump a pricing tier - if we have a new idea, it becomes its own small thing.

02

Live inside the tools you already pay for

Our add-ons appear inside Google Forms, Sheets, Chrome and Jira. No new login, no migration, no "central dashboard" to remember exists. If your team can use Gmail, they can use these.

03

Your data is your data

Browser extensions store data locally. Form add-ons hand off submissions in real time and don't retain them. There is no analytics database in the basement quietly cataloguing your customers.

04

Honest pricing

Generous free tiers so you can actually evaluate before paying. When you do pay, it is a few dollars a month - not the $200 enterprise tier you got quoted for the same job last quarter.

Who picks these up first

If any of this sounds like a Tuesday at your desk…

You run support or success

You found out about that angry customer because someone scrolled the responses tab on a Friday afternoon. Slack alerts on form submit will fix half of that, today.

You run growth or lifecycle

Your sender reputation took a hit last quarter and you suspect the list. Verify it, segment out the catch-all addresses, send to the rest with a clean conscience.

You run IT or ops

You re-type the same Jira ServiceDesk fields constantly: severity, environment, requester, account. Save the template once, click once, move on.

You run a small team without a CRM

Your "CRM" is a Google Form pointed at a Sheet. Wire it to n8n and the same setup can route, enrich, notify and archive, no SaaS bill required.

A note from the team

We started Swiftools because we kept watching capable people lose an hour a day to work that could be solved by a 30-line script - and watching them not write the script, because installing yet another platform was somehow worse than doing the thing manually. So we package the script as a one-click add-on, keep it small, keep it specific, and try to leave you alone after that. If something is missing or broken, write to us. A real person reads it.
